One year old! Oh my gosh how time flies... yes! Sandra's very first Birthday... Celebration too! For us as parents, it's also our very first birthday celebration with our own child. So it's kind of exciting and emotional for us too as parents, a total new "Birthday Experience" in our life.
So, we decided to have our favorite Swenson’s Ice-Cream Cake for celebration, and the venue couldn't be better than at my Brother's place. We had our dinner, and after a long photo session we decided it's time to sing the birthday song as the candles are really melting. Oh, candle, there's only one hehe...What an amazing moment, celebrating the very 1st birthday. I guess there are 2 most important birthdays in one's life, the very 1st and the 21st. After which, each birthdays seems not really exciting as it is a constant reminder of age, haha... The only thing Sandra did was staring at the cake and candle all night. Ok, Mummy blows the candle and Sandra makes a wish,
wonder what wish she made?She also had her very first taste of the sweetest food in the universe: Ice Cream Cake. Thinking back, when was the last time kids in old days have the chance to taste these 2 combination at one go? Well we have to admit that this birthday party did remind us that we are already parents, ahem.. old....
Then come the most exciting part for Sandra, opening of presents! Well, it is not the presents that she can understand, but it's the "process" of tearing up
the wrapping papers that really excites her. Babies love destroying and tearing things apart! 
Wonderful presents given by her cousins, but hey Sandra, when you can read and understand this blog, make sure you remember their birthday presents!Happy Birthday Little Sandra!
